Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please check our refund fine print provided it meets the following criteria:

• Returned with all original accessories, paperwork, tags, and gift boxes.
• Item must be in its original UNWORN condition and without any scratches, marks, or blemishes.
• Items must not have been customized, sized, or adjusted in length on special requests by us or by a local jeweler.

Also -

• Return shipping/handling fee is to be paid by buyers.
• Refunds take 3-5 business days to process.
• There will be a 10% restocking fee for all eligible returned items.
